Essential Install Live! was conceived to service the need for an affordable install trade show, based in the North of England. Delivering a show that the install community had been asking for ensured a successful launch last year and a high quality of visitor to the show.

In 2010, analysis of pre-registered visitors showed 72% were either at owner, managing director, technical director, proprietor or general manager level. In 2011, the Essential Install Live! team will be working hard at increasing the level of footfall, whilst also maintaining the high level of quality and relevance of visitors. As well as building on the number of installers, the show will look to add footfall from those in related sector’s looking to make the move into the install sector.

Show organisers will be targeting electrical contractors, high quality aerial installers, installers from the KNX universe and security installers to add to the visitor profile this year. This will offer a mix of existing installers and potential new converts to make the show work as hard as possible for exhibitors. The show will also target development specifiers, architects and interior designers to raise awareness and understanding of the install sector in these related fields.

Essential Install Live! is also unique in having a monthly sister magazine in Essential Install to promote the event and drive footfall, placing the show firmly in the mind of potential visitors each and every month in the run up to the show.
